Our Entree for the evening: Salumi: a selection of local & imported smallgoods & meats w bread $24 The size of the platter was larger than we expected when presented to us. The meats were finely sliced and we were proved 2 pieces per person of all 3 meats. They were delicious. Not over powering in saltiness and the warm bread served with was a beautiful pairing to the meat. Prosciutto, Pancetta and Capricolo.
Main for the evening: Spaghetti chitarra w SA prawns, chorizo, chilli, garlic, tomato & basil $30.00 This was absolutely amazing. The best part was not the amazing prawns, was not the deliciously spicy chorizo but the sauce. Although I normally prefer more sauce with a pasta, this was fresh, lightly tossed in the sauce and just melt in your mouth home made pasta. Definitely would go back for this dish alone.
